ci: add duo-ui job

This MR introduces a duo-ui job to the gitlab-ui pipeline to ensure compatibility between the two libraries. The duo-ui job runs on merge requests and triggers the duo-ui pipeline, passing the newly built gitlab-ui version. This integration validates that changes made in gitlab-ui remain compatible with the latest duo-ui implementation.

• Added a duo-ui job to the gitlab-ui pipeline that runs on merge requests.
• The job builds the current gitlab-ui version and triggers the duo-ui pipeline.
