test(GlSparklineChart): Disable all storyshots

What does this MR do?

ECharts are causing these visual tests are being flakey. Luckily all of the variants already have unit tests to validate the ECharts config, so we don't actually need these visual tests. Let's remove them to avoid pipeline issues.
