feat(GlDisclosureDropdown): Allow to provide custom item template for groups

What does this MR do?

The feature was missing as reported in this comment. In the GlDisclosureDrpdown, we allowed providing a custom list-item to the GlDisclosureDropdownGroup directly but not to use custom list item together with the group config (when groups are provided via items prop). This MR adds this feature
