chore(vue3): remove excess stubbing in tests

What does this MR do?

Having array of strings as slot in @vue/test-utils v2 is very problematic - slots are now compiled "as components".

You might ask - "what's the problem? @vue/test-utils v2 is for vue 3 and vue 3 allows multi-root components"!

Yes it does... Unless you're using @vue/compat in Vue2 mode which is our goal in transition

This PR removes excessive and unneeded stubs & slots

This is forward-compatible change to support @vue/compat #1981 (closed)
