fix(GlDrawer): Prevent background UI glitch in Safari
What does this MR do?
Fix for gitlab#366558 (closed)
On issue boards in Safari, sometimes the drawer turns all gray and strange (turns the color of the box shadow of the element). Can replicate by hovering over the Close button on a label:
