fix: GlTokenSelector: make it possible to focus input field with Tab button

What does this MR do?

Currently, when tabbing within GlTokenSelector component, the focus is stuck on the first token X button. This MR removes keydown.prevent modifier to allow users to "jump" to the next token when pressing Tab button, and eventually focus the <input> field
