Add a workaround for GlAccordion compatibility with Vue Apollo
What does this MR do?
This MR intends to fix gitlab#343221 (closed)
This is a follow up on !2019 (merged)
In order to avoid the Vue Apollo bug the same workaround is applied for the GlAccordion component.
