refactor(GlAvatar): update identicon fallback colors

What does this MR do?

Closes #1444 (closed)

This change updates the identicon class variables.
These variables are used for the GlAvatar identicon fallback when the :src prop is null.

Following this change we will want to update GitLab.org to use these classes as well.
