What does this MR do?

This migrates GlButton stories to the Component Story Format.

Examples have been superseded by new or existing stories and removed. gitlab-org/gitlab-services/design.gitlab.com!2449 (merged) updates button examples in Pajamas with the latest changes from GitLab UI.
