feat(GlAvatarLabeled): Add label & sublabel optional links

What does this MR do?

This adds two new properties, label-link and sub-label-link, to GlAvatarLabeled for use cases where more than one avatar link is needed.

Required for admin/users avatar component &4961 (closed).
