What does this MR do?

style(prettier): Major upgrade of prettier

As per our RFC, we want to upgrade prettier to the latest major version. This commit updates it without setting arrowParens: "always: in order to keep the changes easier to review.

style(prettier): Format all files with arrowParens: "always"

In the first commit we didn't switch to arrowParens: "always", but now we do!

  • Added the ~"component:*" label(s) if applicable.
