feat: Add gl-display-sm-none and gl-translate-y-n100 classes

This MR adds the following classes since they were identified in an MR as not existing but required for use.

• Adds gl-display-sm-none (reference: gitlab!33983 (comment 361584186))
• Adds gl-translate-y-n100 (reference: gitlab!33983 (comment 362187964))
