docs: Add more complexity to the complex component writeup

In the first step on the path to solving #658 (closed) I am proposing we update this documentation to not suggest the "new" naming method.

We still have not figured out the best way to deal with the migration from current "new" components (see: #608 (closed), #483 (closed), gitlab#207412 (closed)) and I think it is better to include the fact that this is complex and unknown in the documentation than to suggest a solution we know is not-great.
