Stop checking in compiled svgs

Purpose

It has been a source of confusion in the past that after an SVG one had to check in the optimized SVG as well. This removes this requirement.

It probably makes more sense to show e.g. a diff in a Danger Job.

Checklist

For a new icon and/or illustration:

• If this adds an icon ensure that it follows the new icon checklists.
• If this adds an illustration ensure that it follows the new illustration checklists.
