Update icon set with lighter stroke weight

Purpose

Per the exploration in gitlab-design#1432 (closed), the icon set will be updated to use a 1.5px stroke instead of the current 2px stroke.

The icons will be updated in a single merge request that will be worked on over a longer period of time.
While typically we update icons individually or in batches, since this is a holistic design update it makes more sense to do all at once. It’s a benefit to have the UI feel consistent and avoid #is-this-know threads when possible.
The resulting MR will be tested in the product with an integration branch (or similar method in GDK).
A blog post and internal communication in Slack will go along with the update to help promote the change.
GitLab icons Figma file → (Internal only)

Complete all icons in new style.
Convert all new icons to symbols.
Create merge request in GitLab SVG project with an integration branch to begin testing in the product.
Set up icons as their own library separate from the UI kit file.
Deprecate old icons in UI kit.

Pipeline icons won’t be included in this update.
