Bumps VERSION to 14.57.2 and adds the CHANGELOG entry for the single change merged since v14.57.1:

  • Geo: Fix SSH proxy hang by closing pull request body after negotiation (!1537 (merged))

Follows the release process. After merge, tag v14.57.2 and bump GITLAB_SHELL_VERSION in gitlab-org/gitlab.
