Add an input-class prop that applies CSS class(es) to the inner input
element rather than the wrapper. A class passed to the component lands
on the wrapper under Vue 2, so consumers that need a hook or style on
the input itself (for example a JS selector that reads the input value)
had no way to reach it. Mirrors the existing input-class prop on
GlFormInputGroup.
