With the exception of the breakpoint properties coming from col.js,
which is planned to be removed instead.

Vue 3 doesn't like external libraries messing with reactivity, and Gridstack doesn't need to.
So let's remove the reactivity entirely.

Refactor makeProp() with standard Vue 2 syntax in FormGroup
