What does this MR do?

Adds an optional chaining in GlFilteredSearch checks whether focus has moved to the suggestions list.

- e.relatedTarget?.classList.contains(FILTERED_SEARCH_SUGGESTIONS_CLASS)
+ e.relatedTarget?.classList?.contains(FILTERED_SEARCH_SUGGESTIONS_CLASS)
