Draft: feat(Principles): Revise principles to align with UX memo

In !4301 (closed), a number of updates were proposed to the design principles, to better align them with recent updates to UX strategy and company goals.

This MR is an attempt to gather the main updates from that proposal, but to keep the update more concise/succinct.
