feat(Settings): linking to detail page
What does this MR do?
This MR documents the possibility of settings to link to a detail page when setting configuration is so complex that it can confuse hierarchy. Full context in: #1244 (closed) including usability testing.

If embedding a Figma file, it follows the Figma embed guide. -
