Many of the words on this page are already part of the tech writing team's word list.

This MR removes duplicate words and explicitly links to the word list as the SSOT.

I ensured that the terms I removed were in the word list, and when they were not, I opened an MR (gitlab-org/gitlab!104436 (merged)) to add them.
