Remove unused margin utilities
This removes unused margin utilities. Given that we have GitLab UI utilities available in this project, it would be preferable to use them instead of defining custom ones.
Other margin utilities are still used at the moment, so we'll migrate them to GitLab UI ones in a follow-up MR. Padding utilities will follow.
