chore: Add send_page_view param in gtag

Currently, the send_page_view param for vue-gtag is set to false according to this comment: https://gitlab.slack.com/archives/C02AWLDDS3S/p1636993254016800?thread_ts=1636988851.016200&cid=C02AWLDDS3S.

I'm not familiar with the way this has been implemented, I cannot see the script when viewing the page source code. However, when I check the datalayer the script is firing but send_page_view is set to false, this disables pageview measurement. send_page_view needs to be true
