feat(Drawer): Update docs remove note on truncation

In this thread it was decided to remove the truncation guideline in the drawer docs and create a new page /contents/truncation to specify truncation guidelines globally.

This MR is to execute the first step by removing the note about title truncation in the drawer guidelines.
