feat(Navigation): add top-menu variant guideline
requested to merge 928-update-navigation-documentation-for-areas-that-exclude-top-navigation-in-the-header-trial into main
This MR updates the top-menu section of the navigation documentation. We want to highlight areas that exclude top navigation item in the header (Trial/Registration/Checkout flow) as per #928 (closed).
