Adding the specific Avatar sizes

Since we have standardize the Avatar sizes in Figma, we should update the documentation to match the suggested sizes.

There are already some Avatar sizes that are not using the standard sizes mentioned here gitlab-org/gitlab-design#1053 (closed)
