Updated form and search documentation about the 'clear' icon

Matej Latin requested to merge #136-update-form-and-search-doc-with-clear-icon-guidelines into master

I added the clear icon for clearing input fields via gitlab-org/gitlab-design#184 (closed) and realised that the existing Search and Forms documentation needs an update.

Here's what changed:

  • the input fields in general forms can have the clear icon when not empty but it's not mandatory (Added)
  • search boxes need the clear icon whenever they're not empty, i.e. it's mandatory (Updated)
