Add accessible label to GlTokenSelector remove token buttons

Description

@jeldergl mentioned we should update GlTokenSelector remove token buttons to be more accessible during the review cycle for making the component a proper combobox.

The buttons should announce "Remove TOKEN_NAME, button" instead of "Remove, button" so users know what token they're removing from their selected items.
