Type scale > Integration branch collaboration

Purpose

After the MR (TBD) in GitLab UI has an integration branch created from it, we'll need to do the following:

• Determine where the type scale has effect with no changes 👍.
• Triage where overrides are preventing the type scale from having partial or full effect and make necessary changes 🔬.
• Update heading semantics for meaningful heading hierarchy at a page level 🔠.
• Apply heading style overrides contextually and consistently for visual hierarchy and design intent. For example, a "Linked items" heading may semantically be an h2, but because of its placement in a card as a complimentary section it can use a smaller scale, like .size-text-200 (naming TBD) 🧐
• Document changes that can be applied at a system level. Taking the previous point for example, there could be a pattern created to systematize any headings throughout the UI that have a similar use case 📝
