Broken "Join GitLab's research panel" button

From what I could figure out from https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/design.gitlab.com/issues/156 the "Research Panel" (https://about.gitlab.com/community/researchpanel/) is now deprecated and moved to "GitLab First Look" (https://about.gitlab.com/community/gitlab-first-look/index.html).

Still, users might find the "Research Panel" through different channels (search, recommendations, etc.). Currently the "Join GitLab's research panel" takes the user to a broken 404 page (example: https://gitlab.us3.list-manage.com/subscribe?u=195066e322642c622c0ecdde3&id=418480964e).

I would recommend:

• deprecating / removing the old https://about.gitlab.com/community/researchpanel/ page
• having a redirect from "Research Panel" to "GitLab First Look"
• change the "Join GitLab's research panel" button link to go to https://mailchi.mp/gitlab/firstlook
• other?
