Figma > Promote pilot design tokens library to beta

We created a design tokens library file for use during the pilot.

We are confident enough in our approach to continue to use this file and extend it. This file is currently synced by hand, but we expect it to be automated soon. There is no expected disruption transitioning from manual to automatic maintenance.

Lets take the necessary steps to make it a bit more permanent for consumption by the component library:

Tasks

• Check feedback from designers who used the library as part of the pilot
• Add all design tokens that have merged ⚠️ #1860 (comment 1994959174)
• Create design tokens beta feedback issue #1870
• Update read me in the file to point to beta issue
• Move Figma file to Pajamas UI Kit
• Rename Figma file to Beta: Design tokens
• Update https://design.gitlab.com/product-foundations/design-tokens-using#in-design to reflect open beta ( !3936 (merged))
• Communicate through release notes, UX call, and slack
• Brace for impact
