Using icons in links
From @afracazo in slack (https://gitlab.slack.com/archives/CLW71KM96/p1677734762113009)
I'm currently reviewing an MR where someone is using an icon at the end of a link. I couldn't find any information on this topic in Pajamas. I did find information about the external link icon, but nothing about using icons with links in general. Additionally, I didn't come across any guidelines stating that using an icon with a link would be inappropriate in terms of appearance.
Personally, I can see that links can be enhanced with icons. I really like what we did with links on Pajamas like the one: "View in Pajamas UI kit →" and also we have icons with links inside tooltips. (edited)

well, we do have first-class support for icons in buttons with the “link” variant: Link: Visually style an action like an anchor link when using a link isn’t possible. In the “Combinations” button guidelines we have something that might be helpful: Buttons can contain different content depending on the situation. For example, some buttons only have text, while others only have an icon. A combination may be used when space allows and more emphasis is required. Icons are always positioned to the left of text. Two icons should never be used in the same button, unless it is an icon dropdown. The bolded part makes sense to also be applicable to links. The italicised part is contrary to the external link example in the link guidelines, where the icon is on the right.
