WIP: Upgrades k8s.io/client-go dependency

Upgrades k8s.io/client-go dependency to release-8.0 along with other steps.

• Update client-go with dep ensure -v -update k8s.io/client-go
• Update all the nested dependencies
• Ensure go build is successful
