What does this MR do?

Add more visibility of runner's globally unique UUID

With Generate UUID for the ci_runners entry when new... (gitlab#594605 - closed) we've started generating globally unique UUID for every runner registered at GitLab.

This change birngs a little more visibility of this UUID in runner's logging (both the application log and the job trace) to allow users identifie their runners in a global scope.
