Remove erroneous entry from changelog

The removed entry is actually a duplicate of the entry above it, but it incorrectly points to MR !105 (closed) in the canonical repo. The correct reference is MR !105 (closed) in the security repo. I should have amended the commit message post-cherry-pick to remove mention of the security MR.
