What does this MR do?
Updating the docs on check interval in the advanced configuration page
Why was this MR needed?
The documentation today on how check_interval works doesn’t explains about how strict_check_interval effects the requests and what is happening if you not use it.
The documentation must explain that since it’s completely changing the behavior of pulling jobs.
