Improve macOS runner installation page

What does this MR do?

Improves the macOS GitLab Runner installation page to address a user feedback request for clearer user-mode installation guidance.

Changes:

  • Adds a ## macOS service modes concept section that explains the LaunchAgent vs LaunchDaemon distinction before the install steps, so users understand what they're setting up and why system-mode is not supported.
  • Adds a ## Configuration file locations reference table covering the config file, LaunchAgent plist, and log file paths.
  • Removes ## Known issues and redistributes the content: conceptual content moves to the new concept section, and the Homebrew credential helper issue moves to Troubleshooting as its own topic.
  • Improves troubleshooting headings to follow the Error: message format with trimmed messages under 70 characters.
