What does this MR do?

Prevent bleeding-edge jobs from running on CC

Community contribution branches may include feature/ jobs, which incorrectly triggers bleeding-edge workflows. This change ensures those jobs are not executed on CC branches.

Why was this MR needed?

To unblock Community contribution when on feature/* branches

What's the best way to test this MR?

Bleeding edge release jobs are not run
