What does this MR do?

Repeats the change in Allow the i18n lint paths job to fail (gitlab-org/cloud-native/gitlab-operator!1345 - merged), so that the CI/CD job does not block the pipeline if it fails. We want to warn on this so we can fix it as a followup, but not block the whole pipeline.
