Update pkcs7 library
What does this MR do?
Updates the pkcs7 package to the mozilla fork. Although the mozilla fork hasn't seen an update for ~1.5 years, it is still more recent than the existing one being used in this project which hasn't seen an update ~7 years.
We were earlier thinking of dropping pkcs7 support as per this comment. But decided against it, for now, since that might involve a breaking change as per this comment.
Why was this MR needed?
The existing pkcs7 library is not maintained.
What's the best way to test this MR?
What are the relevant issue numbers?
