What does this MR do?

Bump base imagesa to v0.0.14. This brings in docker-machine v0.16.2-gitlab.35, which fixes CVE-2025-30204.

To handle some CVEs

What's the best way to test this MR?

  • See the pipeline go green.
  • With e.g. grype, see that the docker-machine binary we ship with our container images is not vulnerable for CVE-2025-30204 anymore.
