Create copy of aliased helper images, not symlinks
What does this MR do?
Creates a copy of the aliases helper images, rather than a symlink.
Using a symlink improves CI build times because the artifacts passed between jobs are smaller, but has issues with the RPM build stage, which doesn't follow the symlink.
An alternative would be to convert the symlinks to real files just for the RPM job, but this change is easier for now.
Why was this MR needed?
The RPM helper image package included some files that were symlinks unintentionally.
What's the best way to test this MR?
Check produced RPM image to ensure it's correct.
