Document limitation in gcs-fuse-csi-driver for mounting volumes in init container
What does this MR do?
The gcs-fuse-csi-driver is unable to mount volumes for init containers. This limitation should be resolved once the project supports features introduced in Kubernetes 1.28.
Why was this MR needed?
Adding to docs because a customer recently came across this bug, and it took a lot of troubleshooting to determine the cause. This documentation aims to reduce duplication of support engineer effort, and allow customers to find this information themselves.
