Add Jfrog Artifactory Secretes engine as External Secrets option in Hashicorp Vault
What does this MR do?
Adds the possibility to utilize JFrog Artifactory Secrtes Engine in Hashicorp Vault as external secrtes.
Why was this MR needed?
Gitlab Jobs can obtain dynamically created tokens in JFrog Artifactory for authentication against it.
What's the best way to test this MR?
Tests are there in engine_test.go, but also if one have Hashicorp Vault installation can try it out.
What are the relevant issue numbers?
