Draft: Try to clean up git-lfs installation in various docker images

Build git-lfs from source everywhere. We've already done this in the ubi-fips images to resolve CVE vulnerabilities. Well, those same vulnerabilities will exist in the other docker images, so we should build git-lfs from source there too.
