Update Gox

What does this MR do?

This changes the name to reflect the recent go updates.

Why was this MR needed?

To be more up-to-date with the image used during CI, and this is also required for RISC-V support in Gox, which is another MR I'm working on.

What's the best way to test this MR?

Build the image and try to run the CI with it.
