What does this MR do?
Simply disables the integration_k8s job for community merge request pipelines.
Why was this MR needed?
For community fork pipelines to complete successfully without resolving the underlying network issues which cause the integration_k8s job to fail.
What's the best way to test this MR?
The only change for this MR is that the integration_k8s job should not be included as part of the MR Pipeline.
