Do not send system_id in UpdateJob call

Pedro Pombeiro (OOO from July 16th till Aug 7th) requested to merge pedropombeiro/29613/remove-system_id-from-jobs-request into main

What does this MR do?

This MR reverts the part of !3817 (merged) that sends the system_id argument in the PUT /job/:id payload.

Why was this MR needed?

It won't be needed after all.
