What does this MR do?

Updates Kardianos to v1.2.2

Why was this MR needed?

The newer version provides some functionality that will let us solve some problems on macOS specifically.

What's the best way to test this MR?

Run gitlab-runner install on a bunch of scenarios (mostly ones covered by our docs).

I'll add more once the first pipeline passes.
